FAQ
Which device does a case fit?
Every product page says which model the case fits: fluffy cases are compatible with the ILUMA i ONE and magnetic cases with the ILUMA i PRIME. Not sure which one you have? Send us a photo of your device and we'll tell you.
Is the device included?
No. Our cases are independent accessories and the device is not included. Fluffy Cases is an independent brand and is not affiliated with Philip Morris International, Apple Inc. or any device manufacturer.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 weeks. EU orders typically arrive 6–8 business days after dispatch and other destinations 7–21 business days. Delivery is included in the price and express delivery is available at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number by email.
Will I have to pay import duties or VAT on delivery?
No. Our prices include all taxes and duties and parcels are shipped duty-paid. If you are ever asked to pay on delivery, send us the courier's receipt and we will reimburse you.
Can I return a case?
Yes. You can return unused cases within 14 days of delivery for any reason (return postage is paid by you). If a case arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full. Details are in our refund and return policy.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel for a full refund before your order is handed to the courier. Email support@fluffycases.shop with your order number as soon as possible.
What are the cases made of?
Fluffy cases are made of soft faux fur and magnetic cases have a glossy finish. The material is listed on every product page.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider Flitt. You can pay by bank card (Visa, Mastercard), and with Google Pay or Apple Pay where your device supports them. We never see or store your card details.
